macOS asks for Screen Recording permission

Screen Gist uses the standard macOS picker. If macOS asks, allow it in System Settings › Privacy & Security › Screen & System Audio Recording.

The summary says the video was black

The video is copy-protected. Screen Gist can only use its sound; choose Continue with Sound Only.

My side of the call is missing

Turn on "Include my microphone" before you press Start, and wear headphones.

Where are my credits?

Settings › Billing shows your balance. Credits from a purchase arrive within seconds of paying.
