Refund Policy

Credit packs are non-refundable. Every new Mac gets 50 free credits, so you can try Screen Gist before you buy, and credits you buy never expire.

• All sales are final. Purchased credits, free starter credits and bonus credits can't be exchanged for money.
• Failed summaries are free. If the summary can't be written because of a problem on our side, that recording or file costs nothing, automatically. For anything else that went wrong, tell us and we'll put the credits back.
• Your legal rights aren't affected. Where the law where you live gives you a right to cancel or a remedy for a faulty product, that right still applies. In some places, such as the EU and UK, it ends once you start using the credits you bought, which you agree to at checkout.
